As a kid in Singapore I’d spray paint cheap, plastic toy guns and slap on accessories. Not even airsoft was legal so this was the best I could do. I get to pew pew every other weekend now and I love sharing this hobby with others.

One of the hardest things to train is performance under fatigue; it’s a reflection of your consistency in training and recovery. Up for a test? Hit an hour of legs (4-5 exercises), then immediately go for a 3~4 mile run. How you feel by the end is can be a good benchmark.

The 80+ degree heat definitely slowed me down but so many people in the park game me friendly thumbs-ups as I rucked past them. Truly strand-type experience. I’m very porterpilled. Time to play 10 more hours of Death Stranding 2.
