Funny, but stupid (and True) story. Went to the Dollar General today, saw two Mexicans obviously neither of whom spoke any English. Stupid guy walks in for the air conditioning, starts talking to the two Mexicans and ends up loading groceries for them. Everybody walks out happy!

Was watching overnight "The Munsters" on Cozi TV. A message showing Cozi was available 24/7 on Hulu Live (a ripoff at $90/month) showed up and then soon after my reception cut off. Just beware that streaming cable may be cutting into your Antenna reception.

A couple of times, once in the last year I went 6 months without eating bread. Sure it's healthy, but it's tough because bread is one of the few things that keeps energy and mood going. I would say the RDA for bread should be at least 1 slice a day, preferably wheat bread.

Thought about the last post and just ordered a book about convergent sums of series, theory and problems. Cost me about $90 but it's a lot of the origins of the Calculus. If you get a sum to equal (converge) to some other quantity, you have proof that the result may be practical.

The sum of 1/(2^X) from X =1 to infinity is one. (2^X is two for X=1, two squared for X=2, cubed for X=3, 4 for 2 to the fourth power etc.) sum of 1/(2^X) = 1/2 + 1/4 + 1/8 + 1/16 . . . You can easily see this by drawing a 1 by 1 square and using up each of the spaces for awhile.

Reached Cleveland last night after reaching St. Louis the night before on AM on my $35 tabletop radio. Both Clear enough. The Cleveland station was Catholic radio and I listened for about a little over an hour about the Latin Mass debate, news etc. -It's 1280 AM I am in South Central Louisiana.

Listening to my AM tabletop radio. There's a large wavering pulsating digital signal at 1 megahertz. Computers are much faster now but the earlier Z80 and 6502 ran around 1 megahertz. I think multiples of it are used to time parts of chips and boards. Basically a loud standard.

The prefix an-- to denote the opposite of a word at least derives from 600 BC and Persia. Possibly earlier, don't know.

I listened to Don Ho for about an hour on Amazon. I knew before that it was because he killed so many people. If you carefully listen to his lyrics and vocal subtext you'll realize. Mostly ends up dumping them in the Ocean but he appreciates a good plant, but they won't allow enough for him.

Anyway, my new $35 Panasonic AM/FM radio (4 Watts) is awesome. I think it learns enough. Started getting a station from Pennsylvania from South Central Louisiana and many others. Usually reception on/off but not St. Louis. -Very Interesting Anyway. Some of it is probably cosmically modulated.

Still Listening to St. Louis from SE Louisiana on my new $35 radio. Comes in clear when the computer is off.

I just reached Missouri or Illinois from Louisiana on AM but it's usually kind of sketchy and temporary. Not enough to hold a signal on a $35 radio. HAM obviously will reach better which users can peak at 1,500 Watts but it's less interfered with for small equipment (4W mine). AM is more fun.

My new Panasonic $35 AM/FM radio is fun enough. Reached St. Louis for a little while from Louisiana on AM. Enough Cosmic noise. Got tuning light on a loud signal at about 120 AM, but just sounds like violent storms. God knows, maybe just Jupiter or Saturn. Of course, more clear channels on FM.

On the 250th July 4th is a reminder about grace and God's forgiveness. Many of the founding fathers believed in Deism, which discounted God's interaction with the Universe. God interacts through faith etc. . The God of the Universe shouldn't just live here, that's clearly wrong on our side.

Just bought a Panasonic mini tabletop FM/AM radio battery or plug in for $35. Maybe much more costly since I largely started Panasonic and my last name is Nason and I'm 60. Anyhow, very, very good. And It mellows me out with local stations. Using batteries now (4 AA). -It's only 4 Watts.
