I've been feeling burned out lately, so I'm taking Monday as an extra day off. My usual day off is always taken by chores, errands, and schoolwork, so it will be nice to have a completely free day.

I used my 15 minute break to go for a walk, since the weather is so nice. I'd forgotten how much sun there is.

Stress has been pushing my hypomania into the panic attack zone. Looking around the room and controlling my breathing only goes so far. I feel like I might throw up or cry. Sometimes, the best remedy seems to be doing just that if need be. If it's not harmful and it restores sanity, I say go for it.

I think I would benefit from workshopping on my school papers even more than my fiction. There's something wrong with my brain and it's driving me insane. 😑

I've been getting back into very spicy food lately. It's funny, but some of my signature abilities seem to have regained their shine since doing so. If I had to guess, it has to do with the anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties of capsaicin benefitting my brain.

When it comes to falling asleep again after my alarm goes off, I'm simply one of the best in the game.

Someday I'm going to start querying publishers about my novel and they're going to ask me if I have an online following. That's when the four likes I've received on this Bluesky account are really going to pay off!

I recently purchased Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex on Blu Ray. Seasons 1 and 2 were $12 each. . . a steal! Unfortunately, they were lousy products with audio and visual errors, no chapter marks, ugly menus, and poor subtitles. My DVD box sets from a zillion years ago are 100x better.

If I were running for president, I'd avoid the pitfall of promising a chicken in every pot, but I would prioritize an H-Mart in every town. The people would thank me later.

At some point, I fell into the habit of airing my grievances on social media before going to sleep each night. I think it's better for multiple reasons if I sleep on my feelings, instead. Why give away free what my subconscious will eventually transform into writing?

As I was falling asleep, I realized that I've written over 100k total pages of fiction, and not once did I describe anyone brushing their teeth! The gingivitis!

Unfortunately, my plans for tomorrow were cancelled. That's alright. I'll go to bed early, sleep my fill, then get back to my writing. I've got a short story to finish and a micro-fiction to start. After that, the rest of the day is mine. Goodnight!
