Bandung the one to watch today - terrible scenes overnight of police breaching a uni campus and firing tear gas into buildings full of student protestors. Action ON campus is one of those sort of 'psychological barrier' things, security has long been barred and this is breaching sanctuary, imo.

Last night, rights group Kontras posted on IG CCTV footage showing civilians running from tear gas fired by police on the street outside its office. Police have been indiscriminately using tear gas in residential areas during days-long protests in Jakarta.

Protests have expanded across the country, as they often do, and some of the footage is already very nerve-wracking. I'm keeping an eye especially on East Java, where #IndonesiaGelap protests were the hardest and the relationship w/ Police already destroyed after Kanjuruhan
