The stigma effects everything negatively. From abusing or disregarding witness/victims, to failing to resolve provocative cases that may have global implications. NARCAP took radical steps including introducing the UAP term w a definition to offset bias in the aviation system against the UFO term.

Its a slow path to giving experiencers the support they need. We are focusing on policy, procedures, and protocols to organize our society in an effective way to bring first responders and LEOs, local, state, tribal, and federal agencies into a supportive role.
