Harvey Milk Reimagined - saw it last night at YBCA was staged beautifully and performed perfectly. It is the reimagining of the 30 year old opera of a nearly 50 year old story. Forgot to bring a hanky for the tears it brought back. I laughed, I cried; it provoked more than emotions and memories. 😢

My first really warm day in San Francisco and it didn’t disappoint. Grocery store was crowded with guys buying Modelo and White Claw with a steady supply of young men walking to Dolores Park and filling the fruit shelf to the brim with thongs or tiny speedo like suits. Lotsa skin out getting Vit D

Just marched to celebrate Harvey Milk Day, he would have been 95 today and California has proclaimed this day as an official Harvey Milk Day. Woke as F. 😂 The festivities started at 17th and Castro with choir, marching band, an excerpt from the opera Harvey Milk Reimagined op-sf.org/harvey. 🎂❤️‍🩹

Cool wet weather makes for clean air and good views but nobody showing off skin on the “fruit shelf” in Dolores Park. 🤔 I am new here and that term could be offensive so I am only repeating what I was told but it seems apropos based on observations on past sunny days.
