So, the only RSD Black Friday album I even want is being sold as "Record Store Day First." Strangely, it seems to also be a hard pass from most people. It feels best to refuse to take part, as I mostly have. Multiple annual RSD events should have been the first red flag. #recordstoreday

I drive like a complete menace in Gran Turismo 7, but only in single player. The Nürburgring track was wet. It briefly even rained. I was on softs. Things happened. The playback showed me taking 2nd after reversing in to the pack that should have been 2nd 3rd & 4th. #granturismo7

I wound up using the Plymouth Superbird to succeed at menu book 33 in Gran Turismo 7. It's a fun car, especially after being turned up. The handling fit my own temperament very well.

I'm not too worried about Grand Theft Auto 6 costing $100 at launch. By the time they finally release the game, $100 will be the cost of a frugal dinner for 2 at Chipotle. $100 will be 6½ gallons of gasoline. $100 will buy a clearance priced 8 track of Chinese Democracy part 2. It will be okay.

About that Crow remake recently... I didn't hate it. I agree fully with the complaints about the pacing. But also, the original comics had a concept that the first movie couldn't include. The remake gave me everything I wished I could have seen and then some. It was kind of a treat to see.

Alex Proyas went on to direct Dark City Seeing that movie started a chain reaction which led to me escaping an extremely unhealthy relationship. Plus the director's cut is amazing. PLUS Jennifer Connelly and Richard O'Brien! Yes! Dark City will always have a very warm place in my heart.

It's Devil's Night. I'm watching The Crow (1994) like always. I grew up in Michigan and saw the annual news stories about rampant arson. More people should talk about Ernie Hudson and Tony Todd being in the same film. My Life with the Thrill Kill Kult is one of my all time favorite bands.

I fell down a rabbit hole of Gran Turismo 7 and general race car stuff. I'm reminded of being a kid with posters of cars on my wall: Lamborghini, one Vector concept car, wild looking machines. This is also a huge step up from playing Test Drive on a Commodore 128.

I’m pretty much a full convert to the Affinity 2 suite right now. It’s a pure delight to have an idea, spend a small amount of time working with it on my iPad, and end up with a very usable end result. It’s been extremely useful on my Windows (Ugh) laptop, too.
