Refusing a Car ...Help!! Bought a new electric @mini in oct and it's been back to the garage twice with faults. Issues from the start. Mini says it's the dealership who refuse the car and the dealership says it's mini. I said within 3 weeks I wanted to refuse the car, any advice??
