Pret a Manger have been using mystery shoppers to check that employees do this for a while. Which is why I have boycotted them, along with any other business that I hear does this (no doubt there are lots, I’ll cope).

It is. But I can't stop thinking that this was just a slap on the wrist for Andrew to lay low & disappear. He was arrested on his bday under "suspition", then released.
