Had the chance to see a screening of Kiss of the Spider Woman last night thanks to @jenelleriley.bsky.social, who led a Q&A afterwards with breakout star Tonatíuh. Guys, the movie is GOOD! JLO is pretty perfectly cast ngl. If you want a musical palate cleanser after Wicked, I highly recommend! 🕷️🕸️

I genuinely am so glad they lowered the key for Golden for Huntrix’s recent live performances. Just a step is still extremely impressive (G5 instead of A5 is FINE), and like, let’s preserve EJAE’s voice cuz she’s gonna be singing it live a LOT more methinks.

After nearly 2 years, and my apartment burning down (minor setback lol), the first draft of my thesis on The Secret Garden musical is just a paragraph or two away from completion. 🤪🤪🤪

I’m definitely on a K-Pop Demon Hunters soundtrack kick (best pop songs I’ve heard this whole year), and it’s pretty diabolical to have a straight toned A5 in the CHORUS of “Golden.” You HAVE to channel your mix to hit it MULTIPLE TIMES. Insaaaaane work.
