On 8–9 June, EPB representatives met with officials from the EEAS, DG RTD and DG MARE in Brussels to discuss the future of European polar research in the next EU MFF (2028–2034) and FP10, the EU Arctic Policy update, European Ocean Pact and Ocean Eye.

EPB Executive Secretary Maria Grigoratou and Executive Committee Member Dragomir Mateev attended #DigitalOceanWeek and the 9th Copernicus Marine General Assembly in Brussels. The events included updates on Arctic and Antarctic services, ocean forecasting, and the European Digital Twin Ocean(EDITO).
