I think the biggest factor that is contributing to the first year of the Switch 2 not being as strong as 2017 was for the original is that I am no longer 15 years old. Nintendo should really look into addressing this problem in the future.

One of my favorite details in Monster Hunter games is that the animations of certain movements change depending on if you're in combat or not. So a quick sharp turn becomes a frantic scramble instead

Look I know Monster Hunter clips aren't impressive if you haven't played the game and don't have any context, but man this felt insanely cool to pull off just trust me

The Switch 2 reveal felt kind of like an investors meeting, very straightforward and expected, especially the logo. But the 3ds is one of my all time favorite consoles, so if the Switch 2 does something similar for the OG Switch by adding more apps, better menus, and lots of charm I'll be happy.

I only made 11 videos this year, which is the smallest amount of uploads for me since 2019. Life got incredibly busy this year and YouTube had to take a back seat for a while. But I still have a strong passion for making videos, and I'm excited for 2025 and all the Switch 2 hype!
