The moment I was truly convinced of the stupidity of Americans was on May 23, 2010 The series finale of Lost They have a character show up, basically look at the camera and say “these characters were not dead the whole time” And then the internet was like “THEY WERE DEAD THE WHOLE TIME? LAME!”

I won't spoil it for those working their way through the show at this point, but the last five or so minutes of Babylon 5's final episode still tops my list. If you know, you feel it now.
