I guess everyone is moving to in-person interviews for junior/mid roles these days? Like online interviews are very broken, aren't they? Anyway, I never trusted IT interview process worked well.

Edu is such a great source of invaluable information on "modern" software engineering. I've been trying to convince my organization about this specific problem: Building teams instead of groups of individuals.
