My youngest turned 19 today. Last week I got a request for a vegan BAKED chocolate “cheesecake” topped with vegan ganache. Baked it last night & let it rest in the fridge for 12 hrs. 19 y/o decorated it w/chocolate covered freeze dried raspberries, dark chocolate shaving and 4 fresh raspberries.

Things COVID has proven: 1) The job you were told couldn’t be done remotely, can be done remotely. 2) Many disabled workers could have been working from home, but corporations just didn’t want them to. 3) Internet is a utility and not a luxury. 4) Universal healthcare is a necessity.
