And thus with Lyon, his counterpart being Ashe. Being a Vaporeon that was born as an Organization experiment of seeing how large a pokemon could be made with genetic alterations. Ashe holds an obscene amount of magical affinity, only limited by pain from using too much of it due to the Relic within.

Another cretur apart of my writing, Lyon’s origin being a strategist/scientist from the Organization (The BBET) that was capable of succeeding in altering himself to be immune to fire. Was in high ranking until he deserts it due to another character showing him the truth of the Organization.
