Decent result in tough SR. Bakes in increases from last govt at headline level. Breakdown will be interesting ie how much to DSIT & to other depts eg Health, MoD (with new defence innovation body), DBT for industrial strategy & how much (via DSIT) for ‘core research’ (ie UKRI, inc RCs, QR etc)?
