My take on AI quite simply is this; 1. Take a circa 2000 slop machine like ColdFusion that produced code people have made entire careers cleaning up and rewriting, and 2. Glue on a natural language interface to wow the idiotic corporate suite. That's all it is. Low code/ no code slop machine.

It really is something how Amazon's delivery policy is now: "The date we promised delivery is just a date we made up to convince you to buy it. The real date of delivery will be whenever we fucking feel like delivering it go suck on it by the way we're upping the cost of Amazon Prime."

And the truly sad thing is that it was in no way inevitable. It was a deliberate choice.
