Had the oddest experience the other day. I'm not sure if it was my brain trying to tell me something or what. I had to pee so I went into the bathroom, slid down my leggings and sat down. Was just about to go when i realized my panties were still up. I got them down in time but still...weird.

Feel youtube and the never ending need for clicks, views and revenue has completely polluted the efficiency of looking up information. Watching a 3 minute video for what could be have learned in one sentence or a 10 minute vid for what's easily a paragraph of necessary info-- is ridiculous.

It amuses me when young communities go main stream and don't know how to handle casual consumers and that those consumers will have opinions. And instead of just ignoring them or having civil debate, they label folks a slur and just fester animosity, blaming them for all the problems.

Since I got it, I've played through Metroid '86 about a dozen times. Then I tried the nintendo emulator version... I can now say with all confidence that if folks were using the pro controller and the switch online version--no wonder people are hating.

I recently got Zelda ('86) for my birthday. I had never played it before and when I did I was beyond lost. I was curious to why there seemed to be little guidance until I looked up the instruction book online. It really hit me then just how cool and important those things were.

I hate this trend in game remakes where they change things in the game and don't give you any option to remove the changes. Oh did you love this game and just wanted a version that worked on modern systems? Well tough shit~ This isn't remastering, it's what Lucas did to the OG SW trilogy.
