President Trump has ended collective bargaining rights for more than one million federal workers. Unions have sued to block the move, but agencies are terminating contracts as litigation continues.

As we celebrate Labor Day, President Trump is rolling back the rights of federal workers to organize unions and collectively bargain. Eliminating these protections is a violation of workers' free speech rights.

I just signed the Election Rigging Response Act to put Proposition 50 up for a vote on November 4th. The people of California will have the power to push back against Texas and any other state that obeys Donald Trump's demand to rig the next election.
