We had a party yesterday celebrating five years being together as a group and my birthday. It really is all about the friends you make along the way. To everyone that has supported us and worked with us since 2020, thank you! We have some fun plans for the next five too.

I might make a video on the #commander bracket updates, but just in case I don’t: - keep hybrid mana the same - 5 brackets are better than 6 - I’m against bans in general, but Thassa’s Oracle and Rhystic Study are unfun to play against - I’m glad tutors don’t affect brackets

I think Shivam has some great points about hybrid mana. I personally don’t really like hybrid mana on magic cards period. It dilutes color in Magic and I think that is a mistake. To acquiesce to that would make commander worse and I think this desire should be left to bracket one games.

If you ignore the UB debate why are people so upset that Spider-Man was a “bad” set? In Magic some sets are hits and some are flops. It’s been that way since Fallen Empires. I think there is a lot to talk about in the MTG sphere, but having a set miss is par for the course.

Some friends and I joked about what Universes Beyond sets you’d like to see and mine were TMNT and Bleach. We are half way there… 😅

Do we know how rare the special Soul Stone is? I mean most of my non-green blacks decks want this card and I assume it will do something special with all the rest of the Stones too. #MTGxSpiderMan

Some cards are just meant to be foils

I feel like the Bracket system for #commander works with brackets 1, 4 & 5, but the difference between 2 & 3 is paper thin. Anyone else agree? Disagree? I’d love to hear your experiences if you’ve played games from different brackets.
