I've had some sort of stomach bug since yesterday. It's almost 5:00 a.m. I want to go to bed but unfortunately, my stomach can't be trusted when I lie down. I don't want to wake Kitty by constantly getting up or chucking in a bucket. Think I'm going to sleep on the couch 😮‍💨

It's 6:00 a.m. This is the longest I've ever had Kitty drunk and still awake. I feel like a real achievement has been achieved tonight. The key was #SouthPark episodes and #StarTrekTNG. You have to keep that attention for the entire time.

I am cold. It's a side effect of the weight loss. I've got track pants on a t-shirt with a hoodie jacket. Normally I just wear shorts around the house but not anymore apparently

I don't hate anyone in the fandom but there are a couple of people I don't like.

I have been sick since I got up this morning. I laid on the couch and watched TV passing in and out of consciousness. Now it's 1:30am. I feel better after getting a days rest but there's no way I'm sleeping now🙄 Sleeping schedule thrown out of whack again.

Having a touch of insomnia. I was up all night. I'm going to stay awake till tonight. If I end up sleeping during the day I'll just have trouble sleeping at night again. I'll just fight through it today. I found this was the best way to solve this particular brand of insomnia for me.

A little proof that I am still eating. I've just cut back a lot. I'm having a cross between butter chicken and chicken vindaloo. So sweet and spicy. Kitty ( @bioxz.bsky.social ) made it last night. It's delicious. One of my favorite foods :)

Our family does a Christmas celebration during the summer (last weekend). That's when everybody was free. We rented a hall for this one. There was food and games. The kids did me up with toilet paper to make me a Snowman for one of the games. @bioxz.bsky.social got a kick out of it

I've lost 12 lb in the last 3 weeks. I've been surviving mostly on water-based vegetation. However today I had to take a break and have some potatoe wedges and 4 chicken wings. The headaches were getting severe. I'm better now. Perhaps I took things too far. I will do better.

An old fur friend of mine is diagnosed with bladder cancer. He's had 4 surgeries. We hadn't talked in a while so I didn't know this was going on. I just found out today. I'm hoping that the next surgery works out because if it doesn't he thinks it might be the end of the road😟

I want to clear something up. The #Wegovy has nothing to do with vanity. I never minded being chubby. I have a lot of plaque in the arteries & have had a widowmaker (heart attack). Trying to stay alive with medication, workout routines & diet. We're hoping to reverse some things

I just had my first #Wegovy injection. In Canada, it's a little different. The syringes are little bobbles that we put on the end. It's not as fancy as the American version. Honestly, I feel a little weird right now. I can't describe it. It's not bad, just weird.

I'm not feeling well. My body's been overheating & I can't figure out why. It might be the medication. I shouldn't be hot right now, it's cold in here. I'm just generating so much heat. Only a slight fever was detected. If it gets worse I'll seek help. For now, I'll just monitor
