I beat #Pragmata 3 times including all the endgame stuff. I had fun with it. It's a pretty cool game. Tonight I'm playing #Saros . It's alot like #Returnal. So far I'm dying constantly but I'm sure I'll get the hang of it. The game definitely keeps you on your toes.

Rough day. I needed to make a doctor & a pharmacist communicate. Apparently my doctor feels he's above that so it was a long strung out process with faxes & phone calls until I showed up at the doctors in person. Everything is okay now but my doctors ego made things difficult.

Hungover but I made it to the Timmy's. It's breaking the rules of the diet but the smile cookies are for a good cause. 100% of the profits from those cookies go to local charities. So that kind of balances out the guilt. I'm not cheating on the diet. I'm giving to charity 😇😜

Depression this week. No apparent reason just hit with it. It really started laying into me yesterday. My mind racing with a whole bunch of crap that's really not important but seems to bother me anyways. I go through periods like this but they're usually short these days

When a person is in terrible pain you have to mask your own feelings . When situations are the darkest remember to face them with Grace and clarity. Don't be so quick to take offense. Pain can make a monster of anyone. Especially when they are facing their mortality.
