Achordion now lets you link your @bsky.app handle to your @listenbrainz.org profile. Avatar, display name, and bio show up inline so people can find you across services. Completely optional, single field, deletable, no auth, no permissions — just a two-way bio handshake.

I was tired of waiting for Last.fm to become what I personally wanted it to become, so I decided to spend the weekend helping the open-source alternative, @listenbrainz.org , get there. achordion.xyz

Phew, Parachord Android is now ~73% Kotlin Multiplatform. Every repo, sync engine, AI service, ChatGPT/Claude/Gemini provider, resolver, and settings store lives in shared code — backed by Keychain on iOS, EncryptedSharedPreferences on Android. iOS now just needs a Swift shell.

Sirius XMU hasn't updated their Spotify and Apple Music playlists for years - so they have now been added to Spinbin (jherskowitz.github.io/spinbin/) so you can now get yesterday's station Rewind in Parachord.

I haven't forgotten about the Android app, but I just want to iron out a few more battery management/wake lock issues before getting more folks using it.

Just pushed an update to the Google Gemini plug-in (v0.2.1) with the latest models and fixes. If you use that, just restart Parachord to get it - then put Shuffleupagus to work on recommending music, managing your playlists or controlling playback.

Shuffleupagus now has the ability to directly access and modify your playlists (via your preferred AI plug-in). Also a bunch of bug fixes and performance improvements with Apple Music and Spotify auth, sync and artist lookups. 0.9.0-beta.6 is now available.

I purposefully didn't bring my laptop on vacation, but for good or bad (probably bad) I have made decent progress on the Parachord Android app only using my phone while the family is sleeping. I'll probably try to get out a build folks can try in a couple weeks.
