Ok, let's see how well this morning's attempt at walking goes. Before the injury I was doing 3 miles every morning. Yesterday I was able to walk around the house a bit, and do some very basic exercises. The goal for today is to walk around the block, and if that goes well, maybe down the street.

Well, I'm able to walk around a bit again. And I'm doing some light exercise. But this definitely has not been a pleasant experience.

Well, that sucked. I got over confident and tried to do a squat to see how my lower back was healing. One loud "Pop!" later and I'm stuck sitting in a chair waiting until I'm able to walk again. How is your morning going?

A guy I know got rejected by almost every trad publisher. He decided to go indie. Six months after his book became a best seller, he was still getting rejection letters.
