The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension said Thursday it was told the FBI is now in sole control of the investigation around the killing of a woman in Minneapolis Wednesday by an ICE agent. The BCA has been denied access to evidence.

Per the story: “The increase has been driven by disciplinary charges, according to the department’s “restrictive housing” report. Most of the charges were related to assaulting other prisoners…” Segregation is sometimes a necessary tool in the toolbox. Unless you want dead prisoners.
