I know it's tedious but: take a book and set the spine on a desk vertically. Fold down the first page from your book down and then the last page down. Then repeat this folding until you get to the middle. This prevents the spine from breaking and makes the book easier to read from. #booksky

I thought I was being smart by reading War and Peace by Leo Tolstoy with my eBook version and real book version so that I can look up words I didn't know on the fly via eBook, but they're two totally different translations. 😭 #booksky #literature

Artificial intelligence is a misnomer. It can't create or think for itself, it's just a fancy generator that pulls from the creativity and thoughts that human beings have already created. I think it should be called something else like... Thieving Intelligent Thoughts. T.I.T.

Don't let AI steal any of your abilities. Spell checking and looking for grammar errors on your own? That's a skill. Taking notes on a video? That's a skill. Sifting through and skimming articles, looking for what you need? That's a skill. When you get dependent, they get your money forever.

Local politics is laughably harder to learn than national politics. I went to a PowerPoint presentation on how mine works and I think I'd have to go through 2 semesters worth of classes to actually get it and I'd probably barely make it through those classes.
