Have updated to a Halloween user name, which was a thing I loved about the site formerly known as twitter. Although given how infrequently I post here, it may well still be there in January.

Just finished putting in some preorders of games to pick up when we’re at Essen. My wallet will take a while to recover from this. It will be good to know that we don’t have to worry about picking up some of the essentials.

We picked up The Light in the Mist by Rita Orlov when we were at CanCon last weekend. During the week we’ve been digging into the game and we’ve been really loving the puzzles and the beautiful cards. Such a well executed game.

Given the mass exodus that seems to be happening on other platforms, we’re starting an account here. If you have any follow recommendations or other tips we’d love to hear them.
