People should really look things up before propping up in-dev projects that can't do anything. The "PS2-specific formats" listed here are used *only* in Crash Twinsanity for its (crossplat) file packages (aside from PSS which is standard PS2 FMV). A project like this is not feasible for PS2 or PS1.
