If you are choosing between woven and embroidered as the type of badge to order, one key consideration is the text on your badge. Embroidery may require smaller lettering to be enlarged or changed to a blocky font. If you need your lettering small and true to the original font, then choose woven.

Hmm, to epoxy or not to epoxy my soft enamel badge, that is the question! Without the epoxy: a tactile badge with raised metal lines and colour at a lower level. Feels nice to the touch. With the epoxy: a smooth surface finish with protection for the enamel. Feels very polished. 🤷
