The first time I beat Simon in Expidition 33 it took a LOT of experimenting with a one-shot build. This play through I intended to be as tanky as possible to absorb some of his blows while parrying others. No dice. So I went for speed (no one-shot builds) and no real defense. I was stoked to win!
