Hello, everyone! HELP! my PC is essentially being held hostage to keep me at my parents house, as I'm planning to move. I need a PC for draw. Due to the urgent need for a new PC, I'm ready to take on complex commissions worth 300$ or more. I would also appreciate your support.

Not going anywhere. All of the socials, big and small, are gonna be pressed (if not already) by the same rules. It's not an isolated case. We push back as much as we can, or just turn off internet connection and share our art with friends on a park bench.

This summer was the longest break from drawing I've had in almost a decade. Don't count couple of scribbles I did simply to test the condition of my hand. It's still hard, but I'm so happy to be back. (Doesn't hurt as much, but plasticity in fingers is still almost nonexistent. Tendons, heal 😾)

Best show in awhile, and one of the forever best.

They apparently switched to ai "forecasting", and you just can tell (the t° it shows is 21-25°C, btw). It's wrong 99.9% of the time now. In the trash you go, little app, and thanks for the fish.

Drawing on paper is so much easier physically than on tablet. Right now I can do pencil sketches for almost an hour without pain, but on tablet? 5 minutes and I'm about to howl. So much more effort goes into controlling stylus, I didn't even realise.

I was nearly struck by lightning 4 times when I was a kid (including ball lightning that flew into my room through window). Or 5 times, if hitting the rooftop of our house counts. From one encounter, when it hit the sand a metre away from me, I got a glass "knife". Was my lucky charm.

It's lovely 36°C outside (been 30°+ since Monday and will continue till the end of the week, if forecast to be believed). Probably, gonna be closer to 40° tomorrow. At least, I don't have any burning deadlines 🙃

Holding pen isn't painful anymore, but still quite uncomfortable. Was naive to hope 1,5 years of exhaustion can be dealt with in a month. Probably, will be more than that, if I try to do something.
