Thanks to the @siril.org team and their awesome 1.4 beta, I used the new mosaic mode to reprocess my Andromeda from last year to get rid of the seams. 22 sets of light frames across 4 nights in a weird mosaic pattern with mixed exposure times, and it handled it just fine. #astrophotography

Forgive me tech gods for I have sinned. I got my NAS working again but couldn't find an eth cable long enough to reach my router, so I plugged in my astro rig's travel router. I'm 34 hours into a 3 day backup bc 10MB/s is very slow when transferring 2.6TB of photos.

yoooo if you have a baby you can talk to your ped about getting the mmr vaccine as early as six months. They usually schedule it for 12 but we don't usually have ACTIVE MEASLES OUTBREAKS and I don't want your baby to die. (I am not a medical doctor.)

My improved Leo triplet, now with 6 hours of total exposure. Only managed 2 nights, the clouds moved back in, but I think this is close to the limit of what I can do with my equipment (and editing skills).

Just ordered some new glassware. Some plan objectives for my microcosmos microscope and a large aperture 14mm manual focus lens. Hoping to expand the types of photos I can take. The lens is particularly exciting, it'll let me do really wide field astrophotography.
