I hate that every useful application (Dropbox, Zoom, Zencastr, etc) wants to be an all-encompassing platform. Just stop. Make your core product great, charge for it, and get out of the way.

My eldest and I are about to finish reading the sixth and final Dune book (Chapterhouse) and we've decided to dive into The Count of Monte Cristo next. After a bit of research we decided on the Robin Buss translation (unabridged, modern English) and I'm digging the clothbound Penguin Classics book

A counter argument: libraries are safe spaces that do not charge you money to be there. Librarians help those without access to the web to apply for jobs and housing, provide access to accurate information without payment, including physical or e- or audiobooks.
