Great workout this week! Also, realized I’ve been with my trainer for a year now! Learned so much and made a lot of progress on this journey. Can’t wait to see what another year looks like.

Long weekend workout.

That photo from 2021 was what made me change. Didn’t realize how big I had gotten, self esteem wasn’t great & I hated taking pictures of myself. Now the gym is a habit that I look forward to going to and lifting heavy circles. Everyone starts somewhere and if I can do it, you can do it.
