Now there is a little map that pops up. When you select an area on the map, it loads what is happening in that scene! I'm hoping to make the map size 10x10, which would be lots of writing, but lots of fun!

Messed around with the basics of a text adventure. Intuitive and fun! I'm going to write a story on my lunch break tomorrow and see what kind of game I can make.

Did some more texturing on the Medieval house. Progress is so slow, only able to work about 30minutes a day.

Alan Wake: This game is worth a playthrough just for the cozy PNW forest vibes. The small towns, the characters, the landscapes. Beautiful. Almost always on sale for an incredibly low price on steam. It's in my top 10!

I know a little bit about 3D but i never learned how to draw freehand. I was at the thrift store and found this old book that reminded me of my grandmother. Adjusted for inflation, it looks like a good deal! Lets see what we can do.

Why didn't they tell anyone about any of these things? Apparently they built a store, social network, and a whole bunch of other things and didn't tell anyone. Then it failed? I don't get it.

I took the advice of a writer friend and put 3 stories that I wrote in June into a cabinet until today. Next is having beta readers look them and then submit them for publication. I have two people helping me read them, but if anyone wants to read, please let me know! Thanks.

Nintendo GameCube released officially in Japan 24 years ago! It's wild to think it's been 24 years. I remember getting on AOL and looking at photos of Luigi's Mansion and "Mario 128" on Nintendo's website. Once I got one, I immediately loved it. Still do. Share some of YOUR GameCube memories!

We received a new issue of Silicon, a mini-magazine that was given away for free at game stores. It's hard to find nowadays because it was very recyclable This issue has a rare US cover story on Harvest Moon/Story of Seasons. Or as it's described here, "Final Fantasy with farming equipment"

#FanartFriday,
everyone! π¨ 10-year-old Croc superfan Xander from London, UK, made this Croc Clock in his school Design & Technology class. He says, βI designed it in Google Drawings, cut a piece of birch wood with a hand saw, and glued the image on." Now we think that deserves a YAZOO! π

I strongly feel that we're entering an era of lowfi, retro and handmade cool, just because of the hard line it draws between your thing and AI Even highend art is having me squint and go "eww is that AI" lately- and it's not! It's fine! AI is just managing to cast That big an ick shadow in my brain
