One mechanism of immunotherapy resistance is tumor-cell loss of MHC. In this new study in Cancer Immunology Research, authors show that CD4+ T cells induced by agonistic anti-CD40 and dual immune checkpoint blockade overcome this loss in a process associated with endothelial-cell reprogramming.
