Israel killed 100 people in Gaza today. I listened to NPR this evening, and this wasn’t even reported in passing. There was even a report about an initiative to save endangered wolves somewhere, but no mention of the 100 people who were killed in less than 24 hours.

Israel killed more than 51 Palestinians in Gaza today, and just now there are reports of a massacre in Jabalia, where more than 40 people were killed in an attack on a building where people were sheltering. Today’s toll alone will likely surpass 100 dead and more injured.

On day 1 of the ceasefire, the Israelis shot and injured Lebanese journalists in south Lebanon. Again, that’s what the Israelis do - they don’t even consider shooting Arab journalists to be part of warfare. It’s just something they always do with it without a war.
