I really do think the whole ao3 tag system has damaged fanfic culture. no other piece of media requires tags that are that in-depth

ffn is unfortunately the most beautiful, perfect website for posting fics. no focus whatsoever on metrics so you cant really compare your work to others. no tagging system so you aren't spoiling your own works + you can go into fics with a little bit of curiosity. NO spam. it is a utopia over there
