As a friend pointed out; turning a Steam build into a disc image is still supported by Steam's publishing tools! You'd likely have to overwrite the 640MB split limit on ISO images though, I imagine, though 😂

Valve could do the funniest thing right now and set up a physical disc printing service, where they will deliver a disc containing any Steam game you've purchased to your home.
