Remember to invest a lot in yourself. When you invest in you, you can lean on it in the future to keep yourself standing through hardship. When you get older, and meeting new people and making close friends becomes incredibly difficult/impossible, you'll have someone you can rely on to stay afloat.

Smiling Friends was the only new cartoon I've really enjoyed the past decade. I get why they wanna end it early, but I feel they picked up well in season 3 after season 2 was kinda meh. Cartoons feel likeb they're mostly dead. Either its a spinoff, trying to be anime or "deconstructing tropes".

Multiple people at work have commented on me staying 10-11 hours, I keep making excuses. Reality is, outside of sleep, I have no reason to be home, nor do I want to. It's a room with a mattress and unopened boxes from the move, there's really no point to being there.

I don't really feel much of anything anymore, I just work as long as I can and go back to the flat as late as I can. Sometimes when I'm in the flat I miss talking to friends and sharing experiences, but hopefully the new meds will help with that. Work is my only real value, so improving it is vital.

My eyesight seems to be going, hopefully can get some time to get it checked.

One nice thing about the ADHD stuff is finally getting an answer as to why I always felt behind others or just, much less mature in general as to whats expected. Apparently thats just very common, which is a slight comfort haha
