Was out and about and decided to get some ramen. Definitely better than the store bought ones for sure, especially the soft boil egg and meat soaking in the broth.

4 pounds gone in two weeks and now my lower back isn't really hurting as much while I walk up the flights of stairs. I feel like I can go for 2 mile walk soon. Or bumped the speed a bit on my walk pad

My goal for this year? Losing a bit of weight by monitoring my portion sizes with food and to learn how to cook a few meals from scratch. Maybe I'll start vlogging about it to keep myself active in the interwebs, who knows
