Inspected my first place today. Actually a really nice place, except that the "spacious living area" can fit 1 couch, the tv & half a dining table. We spend heaps of time in our living room & I love to cook. This place would be far too small for either of those. Still, I have many more to inspect.

How good are cold grapes?

My one complaint about Pokopia is that it's *too big*. The maps are enormous, there's so many things that need doing, I am getting overwhelmed with what to do. Also, I didn't think ahead when starting my habitats, and the only way to fix it involves me (a lazy) spending forever moving *everything*

Pokemon pokopia is actually a lot of fun. I can see it being kinda easy to just blow through the early stages. But it's also going to be easy to just go slowly in the first area. I can definitely see myself playing this for an hour or so every day. Just to see what happens 😄

Our store got robbed last night. (We were closed + gone) A couple thousand of dollars in stock is gone and 3 of our secure cabinets are destroyed. But the best part, is the robber hid out the back before we closed, waited several hours, then robbed us. He napped in the stock room for 2 hours!

So the construction on the rooftop carpark at work tore up all the asphalt (and thus the water proofing) this week. It rained all last night. Guess who's store can't open till the flooding goes down? 🙃 (The supermarket on the level below us is also closed due to needing an ark)

I wanted a basic pedometer. I went to the sporting goods store, and not only did the employee had to google what I was looking for, it had to be dug out of the store room 😄 Yes, I know smart watches are a thing, but I just wanted something basic that counts, not another IOT device.

Worked in customer service too long. Helped 2 people at the train station today work out how to use their mykis. Not a hassle for me, but just amusing how quickly I dropped into my "let me help you" persona 😄

Ooooh nooooo. Today's movie was White Fang, which I have never seen. Not too scary, though I can see how it may have been upsetting at times to kids. But now I'm at the end. I was so ready to be mad as hell at Jack for betraying his friend like that! Stupid dog movies always make me teary 🥹

Mass Effect legendary edition is only $10 on the Xbox store ... I don't really need more games ... But it's only $10 . . . Let's see how long it takes before I get around to playing it 😄

It's turtle time! Watching the OG Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles! I freaking loved this movie as a kid! Raphael is still my fave ♥️🥷🐢

Today's movie was supposed to be The Mask. But it is no longer available to stream, it's rent only. I refuse to pay a streaming service a second time to watch something once. So we're moving straight on to The Addams Family! Absolute bloody classic. Raul Julia killed it as Gomez ♥️♥️♥️

Movie 4 is Ferngully The Last Rainforest. I haven't watched this in probably 20 years. I'd forgotten that Christian Slater played the jealous boy fairy, and that the movie starts with faux Aboriginal art animating the prologue 😬

Movie number 3 is the OG Lion King! Haven't seen the "live action" and I doubt I ever will. The animated one is perfect. Great songs, great villains, and the great message of don't trust nazis.

October movie month #2 - Jurassic Park! Despite the fact that I watched this in August, I'm always up for another rewatch. Absolute fucking amazing movie, still holds up, far too terrifying for its PG rating 😄

And it's begun! Starting off October movie month with Jumanji! I never found this one "scary", but I can see how younger kids may have been scared of it. Loved the original picture book as a little kid though.
