I've realized that leaving gets a little easier, eventually But.. actually being back.. does not. Once I've settled and processed I still just get sad. I don't enjoy this feeling

I'm just going to say the unpopular thing: Cheering for somebody to get fired because a mistake was made (and summarily corrected) is ghoulish. Clearly there was an oversight and people don't have to demand blood for every error. Some of you should reevaluate your morals.

...given today I felt I should be VERY clear lmao, I just had a friend one event not get accepted as a volunteer and went as an attendee and they loved the free time they had and I'd *never* just gone as an attendee so I gave it a try and.. yeah. It's kinda nice, admittedly.

Also on the subject of GDQ, you may have noticed I have not been a volunteer the last couple events (barring tabling this event once) It's been interesting how my "place" in the greater community has shifted a bit. I submit runs now instead of volunteer apps. Didn't see that one coming, honestly!

I am for better or worse back at home now. As always, I already miss my friends. Still super worth it. I'm glad I have so many people to talk to and hang out with at GDQ even if it does make balancing my time with everyone uh really fucking hard

This was fun. Atm I'm just calling it "All Meleebosses" lol, but essentially my idea was: Any%, but all minibosses must be killed and any time you *can* pass an obstacle without using guns or grenades, you must. (i.e. you have to do compass puzzle instead of shooting the clock etc)

Getting hit with my guinea pig, Chibi, passing away this morning and also not getting a run into GDQ does mean I got very little good news today. But that's nobody's fault and it's okay. The first thing will get better with time, and the second, well, we just try again next time. Easy peasy

Remember, to get into GDQ you have to collect all 8 pages as a committee member chases you at increasing speed
