Absolutely evil that Beyond added an extra thing where you can inflict enough damage to down them but not kill them, so in addition to having a last stand if you didn't make sure to finish the job, you can just watch them helplessly breathe and bleed out if the right limbs are blown off

Both 'Citadel' games have weird difficulty balancing on Normal. The Citadel I thought had a good balance of requiring tactics and cover while not being so difficult that you're forced to spend 9 minutes going through one section only to die and start the 9 minutes over. But then you get to the boss-
