As a vet myself... Having leadership call a mandatory meeting while you have far more important things to do just so they can say things that could have been a deleted email is the most military-like action Pete Hegseth has ever done.

A meeting between Trump, Hegseth, and military generals is probably a loyalty test to ensure our generals will back fascists. Alternatively, a discussion about the "warrior ethos" could be them forcing generals to read Every Man's Battle and taking accountability partners.

I think arguing with people on whether or not Charlie Kirk was racist is ultimately futile. Because at the end of they day, they aren't defending him, they are defending themselves and the idea that they might be racist. Kirk is their cover for the real issue.
