If there's one thing ive learned working in so many premiere timelines over the years, is use "black video" more than you think you should. Croplines, fades to black, opacity masks, etc. Keeps your sequences so much cleaner for future use, and less prone to errors.

A couple things that baffle me with Adobe Premiere. No way to easily outline an asset (the way you can "stroke" a layer in photoshop). Also, very little multiple display modes. Why cant I have 1, 2, or 3 preview/program monitor solutions assigned to different video layers in the timeline?
