Congratulations to Rebecca O’Regan, a PhD researcher in the School of History and Geography, on her excellent presentation at the recent 'Reflecting on the Great Famine: A Commemoration Conference'. Rebecca’s paper was titled 'Elite women and philanthropy during Ireland’s Great Famine, 1845–52'.
