It's weird. Realizing I'm the only single person I know and rarely having any friends or even coworkers to hang out with. Trying so damn hard to not lose it everyday. Unless it's some big event I'm at or visiting my parents (thank god they are still alive) life is pretty lonely.

Go figure, holiday with family time and I'm already not feeling well. Tis' the season for feeling like crap.

For the first time in... years now, I wired up my old vocal processing chain and sang Van Halen's "Jump." Felt nice to do something with the ol' voice again.

Worked almost 11 hours between both jobs today, then ran home to get more laser cutting done, then crash napped hard enough for 20 minutes to where I felt something touch my head and then shout into my ear. I'm back awake now, and tired. Back to work! *dies*

Having one of my nights where I stare at the ceiling, then the walls, then all the junk around me. All I can do is stare. Then I get sad and upset and start throwing things in the trash because it's the only thing I can change.

Not even December and it's already 0 degrees. Upper midwest life strikes again, and it gets harder to not get angry about it :/

Working on another table for some friends. Deer god I need a CNC router so I stop destroying my back. This one is looking good so far though. Epoxy fill in the crack. Rubbed some water on to see the natural color. Sweeeet.

You know, sometimes you just need to feel like an idiot and be ok with it. Left work early to prep for a remote VO session, and long story short, it was only me there.... because the session is tomorrow. [shrug] I blame Monday?

Feeling pretty nervous about an upcoming directed voice acting session. When it's not your day job it's hard to feel like you are totally ready to go.

Been meaning to share this for a while. @istehlurvz.bsky.social did the most incredible work creating a movie style poster for one of the projects I voices multiple characters in. None of these characters existed in a physical sense before this. I am in awe every time I look at this.

Been in the worst mental health of my life. Never have I felt so defeated where nothing seems to matter. I'm trying though. I'm really trying.

New chain on the saw mill, so time to cut more tables.
