A weird thing I've been grappling with lately is a feeling like some load-bearing part of me was broken by facing my speech issues and putting myself forward as a person more. I feel I was more functional before, but only because I was deeply numb to things that are now making their weight known.

Current plan is to stream more Mina the Hollower tomorrow at noon CST. Not sure how much of the game is actually left, but it feels like there's strong odds this will be the finale.

I've been thinking, and I'm not sure what's best. If I'm unable to stream one of my regular days, would it be better to add a stream on a new day, or just move it to the next usual stream day? I'm concerned if people used to the usual days would miss out.

Unfortunately, I've been feeling out of it both physically and mentally all morning, and so I think I'm going to have to postpone the stream. I'll likely try to make time for an extra stream on Tuesday instead to make up for it.

I think there's some part of me that genuinely forgets time passes outside the stream while I'm streaming. Sometimes I start a stream at noon, stream for 6 hours, and then I feel surprised how late it is for the rest of the day.

Current plan is to stream a new game, Mina the Hollower, tomorrow at noon CST. I was interested knowing it was by the Shovel Knight devs, but even better, I found out it's apparently an homage to old GameBoy era Zelda titles, and those were some of my favorite games growing up.

I have to say, I did not expect to get so deeply moved by hearing Anastacia's dialogue again. It's maybe a bit unsurprising, but the story of a mute girl regaining her voice yet being so convinced of her inadequacy that she's still reluctant to speak for herself really struck a chord with me.

One thing I plan to get in the habit of doing before the Souls replay streams is to reread old interviews and articles. There were a few details I referenced during the Dark Souls stream that I second guessed myself on and had to fact check after, like mentioning this note about the Titanite Demon.

Got the Platinum for Pragmata. The harder difficulty is a lot of fun, because it prompts you to engage more with all the tools you're given, but the options are so effective that it wasn't that much harder for me. Still, really enjoyed the gameplay even on the second run. Overall a very solid title.

I've been feeling like garbage all day, so I think I'm unfortunately not going to stream. I feel kind of frustrated about how inconsistent I've been, especially when I've only been streaming two days a week anyway, so I'm reconsidering how I might be scheduling things.

Current plan is to stream Pragmata at 5pm CST today, since I've heard good things about it. This will be my first time using PS5 Pro for a stream, since I think it might handle it better than my PC trying to run it and the stream together, so we'll see how that goes as well.

I was setting up my PS5 for future streams, and I remembered that I never managed to fix this. Notably though, it occurred to me to look at a few VODs of other streamers playing Astro Bot and realized they didn't seem to have figured it out either, so at least it's not just an issue for me.

Do you ever feel like you never learned how to want anything, and so the only thing that motivates you to do things is fearing that something bad will happen if you don't?
