Cyberpunk 2077 is easily a favorite game of all time for me now. Easily one of gamings greatest redemption story that payed off immensely. I have gone through multiple playthroughs and gotten all achievements. I can never play another action rpg now without it feeling as fun or thrilling as this one

Helldivers 2 for as rough as it can be at times is probably the best example of how games should be. It's fun, frantic, and comedic. While I take breaks at times it's always a joy to come back to. Unlike other games theres no FOMO in the passes and has recently SHRUNK TO ONLY 20 GIGS!

Risk of Rain 2 Alloy collective is a phenomenal expansion that redeems this game after the rough launch of Seekers of The Storm. Really pulled out the stops employing the help of the modding community that seemingly does better than the company most of the time.

Sonic Racing Crossworlds is fun kart racer with a good amount of customization. It plays its courses mostly traditionally but with a gimic that actually works, the crossplay is seamless, and somehow they managed to optimize an Unreal engine 5 game. Black magic that.

REPO is comedicly fun to play with friends and my favorite of the lethal like genre. It's like a wacky balancing act of getting every bit of loot from one area to the next that never ceases to be funny for me to witness or go through.

Darktide has been my favorite hoard pve lfd like game. While it certainly has it's flaws the build variety of the classes mixed with the fast frantic gameplay of everything coming at you all at once as you fight for your life is a thrill that not many other games have been able to captrue.

Megabonk is a stupid addictive game that feels like I can do everything right in a run, become stupid op, and still fall to my own hubris. I love it.

Super Animal World expands the wait lobby to be a lot more cozy amidst the gun violence. SAR was already charming but this update expands on it with all the new NPCs, quest, lore, and simple activities.

Look Outside is a rpg that I didn't expect to love as much and am currently working to get all achievements in since it's 2.0 update. It's the kind of psychological cosmic horror that I love that allows you to process what you are witnessing. It's equal parts horrific and hopeful.

Technically this one is an honorable mention since it's not out. Bubsy 4D is probably my most anticipated 3d platformer coming next year. Playing the demo surprised me as much as the game existing had. It's fun, functional and fluid, with good charm. Welcome back Bubsy.
